Set Google Chrome Basic Options
Google's streamlined and speedy browser Chrome offers strong integrated search and an intriguing alternative to Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Google Chrome is very customizable. This is the first of three article on how to set your preferences in the Options section.
Instructions
- After opening your Google Chrome browser and navigate to the website you want to set as your home page.
- Click on the wrench icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Options."
- In the "On startup" section select "Use Current" button. Your Google Chrome browser will start on your favorite home page when opened.
- If you miss the Home button from your old browser, select the check box labeled "Show home button on the toolbar." The Home button will appear in the upper left corner of your browser
