Google Chrome Extensions are small programs that modify the Google Chrome browser.These extensions are written using web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Google Chrome Extensions are downloadable through the Google Chrome Extensions Gallery. So far, over 2,200 extensions have been published by developers. All users with a Google Account are able to add extensions after developing them.

Instructions
  1. Open the Google Chrome Internet browser. Select the wrench icon at the top right of the window.
  2. Select "Tools" from the list of menu options.
  3. Click "Extensions" from within the "Tools" menu. A dialogue box will open displaying all the add-ons and plug-ins installed on the Web browser.
  4. Select the "Uninstall" tab next to each extension you want to remove. The extension file and all stored data associated with the add-on or plug-in will be completely deleted.
