Change Default Search Engine in Chrome
Google Chrome is a Web browser developed by Google. Because of its fast speed and reliability, many users choose Chrome over Internet Explorer.
One of the key features of Google Chrome is the ability to change the default search engine to something other than Google. Examples include the ability to change the search engine to one of the following: Yahoo, Bing, AOL and/or ASK.

- Click "Start," "All Programs," "Google Chrome." Alternatively, click the "Start" orb and type "chrome" in the instant search box. Google Chrome appears in the list for you to choose.
- Click the "Wrench" pulldown menu on the far right-hand corner of your screen and choose "Options."
- Select the "Default Search:" pulldown menu and choose the search engine of your choice.
Click "Close." The next search you perform uses the new search engine you selected.
